I am Pastor Eungee Jun who hopes to live with the vision of Jesus for the great kingdom of God.
When Jesus came to this earth, the first word he proclaimed was, ¡°The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.¡±(Mark 1:15, ESV). Thus, churches and believers established on earth in the name of the Lord are called to work for the ¡°Kingdom of God¡±, which is already proclaimed but not yet complete. Also, the birth of the church began with the advent of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2 after the Lord who had risen and ascended to wait for the promised Holy Spirit. Therefore, I believe that ¡°the church must become a community of the Holy Spirit that establishes the kingdom of God with the vision of Jesus.¡± To this end, Jesus commanded four visions to His disciples. In Matthew 9:35, ¡°And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction.¡± In Matthew 28:19-20, ¡°Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.¡± In the light of the Lord's Word, in order to achieve the 'Kingdom of God', there are four commissions to us: the first is, ¡°preaching the gospel (evangelism & mission)¡±, the second, ¡°serving love (cross & service)¡±, and the third, ¡°the holistic healing (Healing and Restoration of spirit, soul, & body, Shalom)¡±, and the fourth ¡°discipleship training (educational ministry- vocation and commission).¡±
